Giving AI agents useful business tools.

The challenge

EasiChat needed a consistent way for AI agents to use different business integrations, including stock search and lead submission. Separate one-off integrations made each new connection more work to build and maintain.

What I built

I built a shared gateway that presents configured integrations as tools to AI agents. It handles access for the relevant channel, loads the active tools and records calls for support and audit. New integrations can follow the same pattern.

• Business tools for stock search, lead submission, website search and other client workflows.
• Per-channel configuration so the right tools are available in the right context.
• Authentication, auditing and operational checks around tool use.

The practical result

The team has one consistent route for adding AI-facing integrations and testing them. It also provides a clearer foundation for maintaining tools as client needs change.

An API integration is most valuable when it is reliable, testable and clear to operate after launch.
